The Natural Arch OHV Trail, also known as the La Garita Natural Arch Trail, offers off-highway vehicle enthusiasts a scenic 12-mile out-and-back route through the Rio Grande National Forest to a unique geological formation. The trail leads to a 40-foot-tall, 30-foot-wide volcanic arch formed approximately 30 million years ago from cooled magma intrusions.
